Skill Technical Passing Laces
Make sure you keep your ankle locked down and your knee over the ball. You can use this technique for passing and for shooting. Your shot will be very powerful with the laces. Used to pass the ball low when the knee is over the ball at the striking moment as a pass to a player or into the goal. As the knee is moved further behind the ball it will gain more loft and height.


Skill Technical 8 Touch Lateral Motion
A refresher for you. Add a few more touches though. You use these touches all the time in the game when receiving a pass or setting yourself up to pass to a teammate. The Extension of the 4 Touch Lateral Motion Technique. Looking for clean and smooth touches on the ball with very measured short distances of ball travel. The goal is to increase foot speed while maintaining the correct Technique.
Skill Technical Fake Shot Across the Body
The Fake Shot Across the body freezes an opponent into thinking you are going to shoot on goal or make a hard clearance in the defender’s direction. Select the Skill then Watch, listen, and try this skill for a minimum of 10 repetitions testing oneself to do as many as possible in 2 minutes and keep track of output.


Skill Technical Fake Shot to the Outside
An ideal skill is to make the defender think that you are going to blast the ball in their direction, which will get them to flinch, turn their back or try to get completely out of the way. Perfect to use when a defender is blocking a passing lane or your shot on goal. Select the Skill then Watch, listen, and try this skill for a minimum of 10 repetitions testing oneself to do as many as possible in 2 minutes and keep track of output.
Skill Technical Single Scissors
The Single Scissors is used to deceive the defender into thinking you will travel in one direction when you go in a different direction. Select the Skill then Watch, listen, and try this skill for a minimum of 10 repetitions testing oneself to do as many as possible in 2 minutes and keep track of output.


Skill Technical Inside Foot Step Over
The Inside Foot Step-Over is used to unbalance a player who is either directly in front of or behind you. Select the Skill then Watch, listen, and try this skill for a minimum of 10 repetitions testing oneself to do as many as possible in 2 minutes and keep track of output.
Skill Technical Outside Outside Inside Inside
All lateral or side-to-side motion is used to refine your touch on the ball. Select the Skill, then Watch, listen, and try this skill for a minimum of 10 repetitions testing oneself to do as many as possible in 2 minutes and keep track of output.


Skill Technical Reverse V Shield the Ball
The Reverse V is used to redirect the ball away from the pressure of an opponent or change the direction of play.
Skill Technical Rummenigge Double Shuffle
This is a great move to beat a defender who is doggedly sticking to you when running down the sideline or while making a cross-field run. Select the Skill, then Watch, listen, and try this skill for a minimum of 10 repetitions testing oneself to do as many as possible in 2 minutes and keep track of output.


Skill Technical Juggling Laces One Bounce
Learning to develop timing on lifting the ball into the air using major muscle groups, developing coordination, timing, and depth perception. Select the Skill, then Watch, listen, and try this skill for a minimum of 10 repetitions.
